How to make "Creamy Caramel Tart"

Let's start by making a cake base. Mix the crushed cookies with butter. We take a tart mold with a diameter of about 25-27 cm and tamp the resulting sand-oil mixture very tightly. Squeeze juice from lemon, cool in the refrigerator. Beat the cream until firm peaks. Add lemon juice and condensed milk to the whipped cream. Stir until smooth. Distribute the resulting creamy mixture evenly over the slightly hardened cake. We level it and send it to the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then we take it out of the oven and send it to the refrigerator for 12 hours.
