The result was a delicious, nutritious and satisfying pasta of Brazil nuts and sun-dried tomatoes that I used as a spread on my bread. Since then, I cook regularly, and will never get bored:) It is worth taking note if you need recipes for quick, hearty and healthy breakfasts. Try it, a very good combination of ingredients!

How to make Brazil Nut and Dried Tomato Pasta
There is no need to soak or toast the Brazil nuts - just rinse them with cold water. Put the cloves of garlic in a blender bowl or processor, pour a little water, add salt and nuts. We put the tomatoes dried in the sun there. Squeeze the juice of two lemons there. Grind everything until smooth. Voila, the pasta is ready to eat!:) Enjoy your meal.
