The recipe was invented today during the preparation of mussels. For the first time I caught mussels myself and cooked them.
It turned out very tasty.
Cooking description:
Arrange the mussels in the shell on a pan.
Turn on the oven on quiet gas.
Wait until the mussels open their shell (10 minutes from the start of heating until the shell opens on quiet gas).
All the mussels are already ready, you can
open the shells and cut off the leg with a knife.
Then remove (cut the grass with a sharp knife from the mussel meat.)
Pour the mussels into a bowl, dip in salt and taste delicious.
Finely chop 1-2 garlic.
and add to the mussels. Add a little dry spices to taste.
Add 2 large spoons of vinegar 9%
and mix well.
Wait 5 minutes until the mussel meat is saturated with garlic and sourness from vinegar
Pour the vegetable oil over the mussels without stirring with oil
but for the oil to cover with a film 2-3 millimeters is
ready.
