Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes of different colors - 1 Kilogram
  • Green onion bunch - 1 Piece
  • Garlic - 1 Clove
  • Salt - - To taste
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • Dried Oregano - 1 Pinch
  • Black pepper - - To taste

How to make the "Special Multicolored Tomato Salad"

We will prepare a salad from such beautiful tomatoes of different colors. This is not at all exotic - such tomatoes are grown by ordinary summer residents in the southern latitudes of Russia, throughout Ukraine. First you need to thoroughly rinse the tomatoes and peel them from the tails. Cutting out the tough root of the tails, cut each tomato into 4-8 pieces, depending on its size. Now the trick: put the tomatoes in a colander, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10-20 minutes. Tomatoes will begin to give juice - so that it does not spill in vain, you can save it and use it in the preparation of some other dish (just put a saucepan under a colander and that's it). Meanwhile, cut the green onion arrows into thin rings and finely chop the garlic. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and oregano.
