Baked spaghetti with sausages is the simplest home-cooked dish, which even a schoolboy can easily cook. A kind of simplified version of lasagna - the taste is similar, but much easier to prepare.

Cooking description:

For a long time, I saw no point in baking spaghetti. After all, before baking, they need to be boiled until tender - why bake what is already ready at all? Baking spaghetti seemed to me like some kind of superfluous, unnecessary procedure that separates me and my meal.

However, once I tried baked spaghetti with sausages and realized why bake them. I won't say that this is much tastier than ordinary pasta - but the taste is still significantly different. I recommend giving it a try.

So, baked spaghetti with sausages!

How to cook "Baked spaghetti with sausages"

Cut the onion into small cubes, squeeze the garlic. Fry the onion and garlic over medium heat in olive oil until the onion has a pleasant aroma and softness (about 4-5 minutes). Cut the sausages into small cubes and add to the onions and garlic. Stir, fry for 3-5 minutes until the sausages are ready. As soon as the sausages are ready, add the tomato paste. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the paste thickens. Finally, add chopped tomatoes (I buy canned ones, but you can grind fresh tomatoes yourself), salt, sugar and pepper. Stir and cook to the desired consistency of the sauce - I love a fairly liquid dish, so I literally cook for 4-5 minutes over low heat. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti until al dente. Mix the finished spaghetti into the sauce. We mix.
