Mustard and tomato salad is my favorite summer salad. I don't like any combination of products as much as this. Favorite vegetables, gorgeous dressing - and a great salad on your table.

Cooking description:

I really love beans and cherry tomatoes, so I prepared a mustard salad with these vegetables, but when they are not at hand, I boldly add others - the taste does not deteriorate from this. So - experiment with the ingredients boldly, because the trick of this salad is the mustard dressing.

Mustard salad recipe:

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, squeezed garlic and juice of half a lemon. Mix and leave aside.

2. Cook beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Then we take out the beans from boiling water and immediately pour over ice so that the vegetable does not lose its beautiful green color.

3. Pepper is cleaned of seeds and core, cut into thin rings. Onion - in half rings. Mix chopped lettuce, pepper and onion in a salad bowl.

4. Lay out the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters. Add finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and our mustard dressing to the salad. Mix gently - and the salad is ready! Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.

Enjoy your meal!
