- Chicken Breasts - 2 Pieces
- Honey - 4 Art. spoons
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Butter - 2 Tbsp. spoons
How to cook "Chicken in Honey Sauce"
Cut the chicken breasts into strips about 2-3 cm thick. Put the sliced chicken breasts in a tightly resealable bag, pour half of the balsamic vinegar there, add salt, pepper and a clove of chopped garlic. Mix well and leave to marinate for half an hour in a cool place. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, put the marinated chicken meat in it. Fry until brown on all sides. Transfer the fried chicken meat from the pan to a plate. Add the remaining balsamic vinegar and butter to the pan in which the chicken was fried. Reduce heat to low, melt butter.
