- Chicken meat - 1 Kilogram
- Soy Sauce - 125 Milliliters

- Garlic - 4 Cloves
- Ginger (8-10 cm piece) - 1 Piece

How to cook "Chicken fillet in Teriyaki sauce"
We take a small saucepan and mix the ingredients for the sauce in it - soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, pepper, starch diluted in 50 ml of water, chopped garlic and grated ginger. We put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for a few more minutes until thickened. Lubricate the baking dish with oil. We spread medium-sized slices of chicken fillet into it. Pour in hot sauce - and in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees. From time to time, the chicken in the sauce must be stirred so that it is evenly saturated with it.
