The recipe for stewed rutabagas:
Peel the rutabagas, wash and cut into small cubes.
We put everything in a saucepan and fill it with water. Salt, add sugar, pepper, cumin and simmer until soft (about 1 hour over medium heat).
At this time, you need to sprinkle the flour in oil, add sour cream and mix everything thoroughly. With the resulting sauce, we pour in almost finished rutabaga and bring to a boil.
