We present to your attention one of the recipes for making stuffed rutabagas. Try it - you won't regret it. This dish will be appreciated by you and your eaters. Of course, you can stuff the rutabagas with minced meat, but I suggest a slightly different option.

So, how to cook stuffed rutabagas:

1. Take medium-sized rutabagas, clean and cook until almost cooked. Then we cut it in half and take out the middle, knead it in puree.

2. Fry flour in butter. Add sour cream, sugar and softened heart. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Stuff the rutabagas with the resulting filling.

4. Place the stuffed rutabaga on a greased baking sheet. Cook until it is over, about 40 minutes at 200 degrees, after which we take it out of the oven and put it on a dish.

5. While the rutabaga is baking, prepare the sauce. To do this, melt the butter, add sour cream, flour and vegetable broth in which the rutabaga was cooked. While stirring, bring to a boil.

Now we will wait for our sauce to cool down a little and pour the rutabaga on it.
