1. Whisk the spiced milk with a whisk. Put peeled crayfish into the resulting mixture and leave for 15 minutes.
2. Stir flour, salt and pepper in another bowl.
3. Roll the soaked peeled crayfish in a dry mixture on both sides.
4. Melt the butter in a skillet. Put crawfish in melted butter and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
