We love to pick mushrooms, so in the fall we always prepare a bag of dried mushrooms. And in winter we cook a very tasty soup from these dried mushrooms. I will not say that the soup was delicious - no, it is quite ordinary, everyday. But on the other hand, tasty, very aromatic (the aroma of dried mushrooms is one of the most pleasant aromas for me) and satisfying. For an everyday lunch - just that. I am telling you how to make soup from dried honey mushrooms.

Before preparing this soup, you need to soak the mushrooms for a couple of hours so that they become soft.

However, in no case pour out the water in which you soaked the mushrooms - it will remain for the broth.

Therefore, we strongly recommend rinsing the mushrooms several times before soaking them.

Put soft mushrooms in a separate plate.

Fry the mushrooms in olive oil for about half an hour.

However, the roasting time can vary depending on the power of the stove, so fry the mushrooms until they are 1.5 times less.

We throw the fried mushrooms into the already prepared water and set to cook.

Add salt to taste.

Finely chopped potatoes and onions are also added to the soup.

After 10 minutes, add pasta to the soup, cover with a lid and wait 15-20 minutes until the dish is completely cooked.

The soup is usually served with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!;)
