The tradition of cooking beans in pots originated in Bulgaria. This dish is very satisfying, healthy, tasty, and therefore loved by many. In my family, the male half is especially happy with pots of beans.

How to cook potted beans? Here's a detailed step-by-step recipe:
1. So, first rinse and sort the beans. It is advisable to pour it overnight with cold water or 8 hours.
2. Drain the water from the beans, transfer the beans to a saucepan, add three cups of water there. Boil. Remove foam and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
3. Rinse the bell peppers and carrots, peel them and the onions. Chop everything finely.
4. Add the chopped vegetables to the beans and cook for another half hour.
5. When vegetables and beans are cooked, add tomato puree, mint, paprika and vegetable oil to a saucepan. Pepper.
6. Having mixed everything, transfer to pots and send to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 200 for 30-40 minutes, until all the liquid evaporates and a golden brown crust forms.
The beans in the pots are ready! You can serve it directly on the table with sour cream.
