This salad, of course, can be seasoned with mayonnaise, but nevertheless, I prefer a lighter option that will not hide the colorfulness of the ingredients - olive oil with lemon juice.

So how do you make a tuna corn salad?

1. In a large bowl, mash the tuna with a fork.

2. Add canned corn to it.

3. Rinse the bell peppers, cut the stem with the core and cut it into small cubes. Add to bowl with tuna and corn.

4. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

5. Wash and dry lettuce leaves and parsley. Finely chop the parsley, tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Onions, lettuce and parsley also go to the salad bowl.

6. Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, mix together the olive oil. lemon juice, salt and pepper. Taste and season the salad. Stir and serve.
