The dough should not be very firm and elastic. 4. Put the finished dough into a bowl. Pour the lump of dough on all sides with olive oil, cover with a kitchen towel and leave for half an hour or an hour. Regular yeast will "raise" the dough in an hour. Place the dough in a warm, draft-free place. 5. The tortilla dough can be stored in the refrigerator. From the amount indicated in the recipe, two huge cakes are obtained. Divide the dough into two and roll out. Place on oiled paper, roll up and refrigerate. If you bake right away, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and hold on it for 15-20 minutes, then bake.
