Ingredients:
- Lamb mince - 500 Grams
- Ground beef - 500 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece (Medium onion.)

How to cook "Gyros"
Chop the onion in a blender, or chop finely. Place in cheesecloth and squeeze to remove excess juice. Return the onions to the blender, add all other ingredients (spices and minced meat) and stir.
