Pork in apple sauce is an exquisite dish for true gourmets! The meat is spicy thanks to the garlic, and the applesauce gives it sweetness and a unique taste.
You will find that restaurant dishes do not always take a long time to prepare. Pork in apple sauce is a direct confirmation of this. I tried it for the first time at the birthday party of my friend, the chef of one of the prestigious restaurants. He told me the recipe and I was even surprised how simple it was! The meat does not need to be marinated, in the oven the spices grab quickly, saturate the meat with their juice. A friend of mine serves this dish with different salads. They will not trust the usual side dishes. You will definitely love the pork in apple sauce!

How to cook "Pork in Apple Sauce"
Chop the garlic finely (do not crush), combine it and herbs (thyme, rosemary), salt and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of pepper in a bowl. Cook the meat. Wash it. Then coat with garlic with spices, place on a wire rack and bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Then reduce heat to 180 and bake for another 60 minutes. In a saucepan, combine chicken stock, white wine, applesauce, honey, remaining pepper, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for five minutes. Peel the apples. Cut them into small cubes and place in a saucepan. Get in the way. Reduce heat and simmer applesauce for 2 minutes. It is better to start cooking the apple sauce 10 minutes before the meat is cooked so that it does not have time to thicken. And now, you have the sauce ready, pork baked. Get it out of the oven. And serve! Enjoy your meal.
