The recipe for the original omelet roll with spinach, mustard and cheddar cheese.
Cooking description:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Line a baking sheet with baking sheets or parchment paper and brush with oil.
Whisk milk and flour together in a bowl. Add eggs, mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of pepper, beat with a whisk. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet. Arrange the spinach evenly on top.
Bake the omelet for 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese on top, bake until cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes. Roll the omelet tightly into a roll, cut into slices and serve immediately.
