Cooking description:
This simple recipe for jelly in a slow cooker has already firmly settled in my notebook - so often my relatives ask it to cook! Therefore, I sincerely advise you to also learn how to cook jelly in a slow cooker, because it is disgustingly easy and tasty.
1. First of all, defrost the berries, if necessary, by placing them in a container with hot water. Any berries are suitable, the main thing is to remember that if you cook jelly in a slow cooker at home from bush berries, be it gooseberries or currants, then you need to add more sugar, otherwise it will be sour.
2. Pour the berries into the multicooker bowl, add sugar there, pour some water, and send to cook for 15 minutes. At the same time, set the mode to "steam cooking".
3. Meanwhile, we can dilute the starch in a glass of clean water. Three minutes before our berry mixture is ready, we begin to add water with starch to it in small portions. Mix well - and in a slow cooker for three minutes.
4. Now we take out our jelly, pour it into molds, and let it brew. Honestly, according to the classic recipe for jelly in a slow cooker, it takes a whole hour to insist on it, but believe me, with such a wonderful color and aroma, it won't stand that much!
I hope you enjoy this recipe for making jelly in a slow cooker, and you will delight your family with this drink much more often:)
