Green beans with bacon is an old recipe from my grandmother's, which I improved a little with the addition of balsamic vinegar. This is a nice warm salad that can be used as a light dinner.

How to make Bacon Green Beans
Prepare food. Peel the beans and steam. Fry the pieces of bacon in a frying pan. When the bacon is fried until crisp, add the half-cooked beans, pepper and salt. Cook for a few more minutes until the beans are tender, add vinegar. Enjoy your meal!
