How to cook "Minced Chicken Potatoes"
Wash potatoes, peel and boil until cooked in salted water. Crush the boiled potatoes like puree. Beat eggs well with a fork or whisk. Add eggs to mashed potatoes and stir well. Season the minced chicken with salt and pepper and add to the mashed potatoes. Knead well. Form cutlets from the minced meat obtained. Put them in a double boiler and cook for half an hour. If you don't have a steamer, you can simply put it out in a saucepan.
