A simple recipe for a mullet baked in the oven:
1. I always start by cleaning the fish, taking out all the insides and rinsing well under running water.
2. Then I take vegetables. I remove the peel from potatoes and zucchini, wash them and cut them into rounds. My other vegetables. I cut the tomato into slices, the celery into slices, and cut the bell pepper into small pieces.
3. After vegetables, I start to fish again. Mullet, inside and outside, pepper and rub with salt. Then I grease a baking sheet with olive oil, put the mullet on it and spread the chopped vegetables around the fish.
4. I send the dish to be baked in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. You need to bake for about 30 minutes.
5. When the fish is covered with a golden crust, take it out and sprinkle with fresh parsley. The dish is ready.
