• Boiled meat - 300-350 grams
• Boiled beets - 1 Piece (medium size)
• Grated cheese - 150 Grams
• Mayonnaise - 5-7 Art. spoons
• Olives - 6-8 Pieces

How to cook "Horseshoe Salad"

1. Boil the potatoes in their uniform until tender. Suck, peel and coarsely grate. Place in bottom layer in a serving dish. Arrange the potatoes in a horseshoe-shaped arc. 2. Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise and put a layer of finely chopped boiled meat on it. 3. Make a net of mayonnaise on the meat. Put boiled beets grated on a coarse grater on top. 4.
