Of course, in a bread maker that is not equipped with a special baguette holder, you cannot do this - the size of the container will not allow. Cooking description:

Everything ingenious is simple: baguette dough can be made in a smart bread maker, and crispy brown loaves can be baked in the most ordinary oven. Thus, the question of how to cook a baguette in a bread maker will be decided to everyone's pleasure.

Sift the flour - if the instructions for your bread maker say that dry ingredients should be added first, you can do it right into the bowl.

We add all the other ingredients.

We turn on the bread maker. Mode - "French dough".

We take out the finished dough from the bowl and put it on the prepared surface, sprinkled with flour. Divide into 2-3 parts.

Roll each part into a rectangle, and then roll it up with a roll, picking up the edges, stretch it and give it the desired shape.

Place the baguettes on a greased baking sheet. Leave it under a damp proofing towel for half an hour.

With a sharp knife we make cuts on the surface of the baguettes. Lubricate with yolk or vegetable oil.

Spray the walls of the oven with water from a spray bottle (or put a container with water).

We send for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 220C. After this time, reduce the heat to 200C and bake for another 20 minutes.

We take out the finished baguettes from the oven, put them on the wire rack and cool them without covering them with anything to preserve the crisp crust.
