How to make Stomach Gravy

The first step is to rinse the stomachs and fill with water. We put on medium heat. Remove the foam and cook for 40 minutes until the stomachs are easily pierced with a knife. Don't forget to throw in some salt, lavrushka and pepper! Let's salt the water. And cut the stomachs into thin slices. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, save the onion until golden brown. While it is fried, put the tomatoes in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
