- Minced meat - 500 grams
- Egg - 3 Pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1 1/2 Cups
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves

- Rice - 1/2 Cup
- Vegetable oil - 1 1/2 cups

How to cook "Meat croquettes"
1. Peel the onions and garlic. Chop finely. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic until soft, then add the minced meat and fry until brown. 2.
