How to cook bruschetta with prosciutto?

1. Turn on the oven to heat 215-220 degrees.

3. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters and place in the spice mixture. Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.

5. Bake the tomatoes in a preheated oven for 35 minutes. Then cool them on baking sheet

6. Place the baguette slices on another parchment-lined baking sheet (chop the baguette into 10-12 pieces).

7. Brush each slice of baguette with tomato marinade.

8. Bake baguette slices until golden brown. Then select from the oven and cool.

9. For each slice of baguette (cooled down) place a spoonful of ricotta cheese, 2 quarters of tomato, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

10. Cut prosciutto slices into 2 pieces. Place one portion at a time on the tomato and bread.

11. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, spoonful of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Dip the washed and dried arugula in the sauce.

12. Garnish the bruschetta with arugula and serve.
