My solution to the problem is to make a sauce from canned tomatoes. You will be surprised how delicious this sauce is. It can be served with a huge number of dishes. Ingredients:

• Canned Tomatoes - 1.5 Liters
• Onion - 1 Piece
• Grated cheese - 3 tbsp. spoons
• Garlic - 1 Clove
• Greens - 3 tbsp. spoons
• Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
• Salt, pepper - To taste

How to make Canned Tomato Sauce

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, fry for a couple of minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add chopped canned tomatoes and dried herbs (you can also fresh, if any). Boil. When the sauce comes to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer the sauce for 1 hour over low heat. At the end of cooking, add some grated cheese to the sauce, if desired. Ideally, this canned tomato sauce goes well with pasta, but can be served with other dishes if desired. Enjoy your meal!
