The classic recipe for asparagus cream soup involves the use of natural yogurt - if you do not have the opportunity to purchase it, feel free to replace it with low-fat sour cream or a mixture of sour cream and kefir. Only real gourmets will be able to feel the difference, and, you see, there are not many of them.

So, we mix yogurt with tarragon.

My asparagus, cut off the hard ends and cut into small cubes.

Fry finely chopped onions in butter until golden brown, add asparagus and cook for a couple of minutes.
