Oyster mushrooms help burn cholesterol, they contain a lot of vitamin P, and they also help to strengthen the immune system. You can use both fresh and dried mushrooms to make oyster mushroom soup. But keep in mind that you will need to take more dried ones.

The recipe for oyster mushroom soup is as follows:

1. Wash the mushrooms, separate the caps from the legs, cut them arbitrarily into medium pieces (I used fresh mushrooms).

2. Fill with 2 liters of water and put on fire.

3. While the oyster mushrooms are boiling, wash and clean carrots, onions, tomatoes. We cut them finely. It is advisable to scald the tomatoes and then peel them.

4. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the onion until golden brown.

5. Then add the carrots and fry together for 5 minutes. Also pour the tomatoes into the pan, simmer for 3 minutes.

6. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into cubes.

7. As soon as our oyster mushrooms come to a boil, add potatoes to them.

8. Together let them boil for 5-6 minutes. Then add the fry. Cook for 10 minutes.

9. At the end, throw chopped garlic into the soup, turn off the heat.
