Greens salad with eggs can be prepared with both chicken and quail eggs. In addition to eggs, it includes salad mix, avocado, nuts. Dressing can be done with oil or mayonnaise.

How to make an egg salad?
1. First, boil hard-boiled eggs and cool them. Then peel and cut in half or into quarters. If you use quail eggs, you can put them whole on the salad or cut them in halves.
2. Chop the nuts. To do this, you can use a mortar and pestle or a towel and rolling pin. I usually put the peeled nuts on a towel, cover them, and hit them with a rolling pin. Slightly fry the nuts in a pan.
3. Rinse the salad mix and avocado. Dry the mix, and cut the avocado lengthwise, bending around the pit, then scroll the halves in different directions. The avocado will open. Stick the tip of a knife into the bone and select it. Cut out the avocado pulp and cut into slices.
4. Start shaping the salad on two serving plates. Spoon the salad mix, chopped avocado, egg halves and sprinkle with toasted nuts. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
