How to make celery leaf salad?
1. Prepare a salad dressing.
To make the sauce, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add the raisins and set aside for at least 15 minutes to allow the raisins to swell.
2. In a large bowl, combine chopped celery root, celery stalk, celery leaves, and parsley.
3. Stir the sauce again, then pour over the salad so that it covers all the ingredients and mix well.
Important: It is not necessary to use all the sauce.
4. Before serving, lettuce should stand for 5-10 minutes at room temperature to release all the aromas.
