How to cook "Vegetable goulash Ratatouille"

Cut eggplants, zucchini, peppers and onion into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the hard core from above. Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in a large saucepan. Add eggplant, salt, pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes. Then put the eggplants in a sieve and leave to dry.
