How to cook "Pies with cabbage on kefir"
Let's start by kneading the dough. First you need to sift the flour, pour it into a bowl. Now add soda, salt, sugar to the bowl. Stir, add soda, mix again. We make a dimple in the flour, add vegetable oil, pour kefir with sour cream on top. Stir the dough until lumps appear. Add two more tablespoons of vegetable oil and begin to knead the dough until it becomes smooth. The dough should not be sticky. Cooking the filling. We clean the potatoes, chop and cook. Add a pinch of salt. Simmer sauerkraut in water. We clean and cut the onion. Cut into small cubes. Fry until golden brown in a skillet. Add sauerkraut to the onion, simmer for a few minutes.
