- Trout - 250 Grams
- Shrimp - 40 grams (boiled and peeled)
- Mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Cream - 4 Tbsp. spoons
- Sheet gelatin - 2 pieces
- Smoked salmon - 50 grams
- Dill - 5 Pieces (twigs)
- Lemon - 1/2 Piece
- Spices - 1 To taste (salt and ground black pepper)
How to make "Shrimp Parfait"
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the trout on a sheet of foil, salt and pepper, wrap it tightly and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Prepare the mold for the future parfait (if necessary, cover the bottom with cling film). Place a layer of thinly sliced smoked salmon on the bottom. Soak gelatin in cold water. Chop the dill. Put the shrimps in cold water, salt and pepper. Boil until the water boils, then pat dry. Mix mayonnaise with cream until smooth. The fish is cooked. Carefully remove the skin and remove the bones by disassembling the fish into small pieces. Pour the juice into a separate container.
