Therefore, we read the recipe and get down to business.

1. Take 4-5 ripe pomegranates, cut into halves and put in a hot oven for about 1-1.5 hours. Then squeeze the juice out of the pomegranates.

2. Mix the juice with sugar and cook the syrup over low heat for 20-30 minutes. We take one and a half glasses of sugar into a glass of juice. The syrup should turn out to be quite thick, and not like water.

3. Cut the rest of the pomegranates and select the grains. Pour the grains peeled from the films with hot syrup and let stand for at least an hour.

4. Boil the jam over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
