Cooking description:
If this year you decide to make some grape blank and ask your friends about it, you will understand that, for example, making jam from these berries is not so easy. This process is quite long and laborious, if we talk about traditional options, but you can always make your life easier, so I offer you a recipe much easier and faster and I will gladly tell you how to roll up grape jam for 5 minutes. In my opinion, even without many hours of standing and everything else, the jam according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty and it will stand for quite a long time. And to be honest, I do not see any need to spend so much time on harvesting in the summer, if it is much faster and easier to make 5-minute grape jam at home.
1) First, of course, you need to pick the berries from the brushes, sort them out, throw out the spoiled ones and rinse the strong whole berries under water.
2) Then we mix water and sugar in a saucepan and put this mass on a low heat, heat it, stirring it, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3) Put the grapes into the resulting sugar syrup, mix everything and heat over low heat for 5 minutes. Then we increase the heat and cook the jam for another 5 minutes, without letting it boil.
4) Remove the pan from the heat and put the hot jam on sterilized jars, close the lids. We put the jars on the floor upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them in this form until they cool completely, store the jam in a cool, dark place.
It's so easy and without any problems you can make delicious jam, and the saved time can be spent on vacation with friends and family in nature.
