How to make "Oven grape jam"

So, we separate the grapes from the twigs, rinse it and put it in a bowl, add sugar to the grapes. Then we transfer it to a baking dish, pour grape juice into it and add spices. We send the form into an oven preheated to 150 degrees and cook the jam in it for 3 hours, stirring it occasionally. About an hour before the jam is ready, put the almonds in a bowl and pour boiling water over it for 5-7 minutes, then peel it and add it to the jam. We cook it for another hour, not forgetting to stir. After three hours, the jam is completely ready, so we remove the anise and a cinnamon stick from it and put the jam in sterilized jars, close them with lids and turn them upside down until they cool completely.
