How to cook "White borscht Samara"
To begin with, we cook a broth from roots, bay leaves, spices, salt, coarsely chopped carrots and onions. Cook the broth for 1.5-2 hours. While the broth is cooking, boil the hard-boiled eggs. Then peel them off. Take out the roots and bay leaf from the cooked broth and discard. Only carrots and onions remain. We take out the meat and remove all bones from it, chopping the loin into pieces. Finely chop the potatoes and send them to the broth, send the chopped meat there. Salt and pepper to taste. Rinse sorrel under water and grind. Finely chop the eggs and parsley. The potatoes are almost cooked. Put chopped sorrel into the soup. Cook for about 5 minutes.
