Recipe for making juicy pork tenderloin with honey sauce.
Cooking description:
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. In a skillet, heat the butter and honey over medium heat, stirring occasionally to melt the butter. Season the pork with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Fry until lightly brown, about 5 minutes. Turn over and fry on the other side until brown, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat if honey starts to burn.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake until the pork is done, 7 to 10 minutes. Place the pork on a plate.
Add water to a frying pan, heat over medium heat. Add accumulated pork juices and simmer until the sauce has reduced in volume to about 1/2 cup. Slice pork diagonally and serve with sweet sauce.
