How to make Chicken and Pineapple Quesadilla
Cut pineapple into long slices. Place the pieces of fruit on wooden skewers. Grill the pineapple. Then cut into small wedges. Cover the chicken breast with plastic wrap and press down with a weight. Can be beaten off with a hammer. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
