- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Bay leaf - 1 piece

How to cook "Eggplants in Belarusian"
Rinse the eggplants and cut into cubes, salt and leave for 30 minutes to remove the bitterness. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Add chopped carrots, tomatoes and peppers to the onion. Simmer for 5 minutes under the lid. Fry the eggplant in a separate pan. Salt and pepper to taste. We transfer the eggplants to a saucepan, put the roast and bay leaf on top. Simmer for 20 minutes.
