How to make Thai Chicken Salad
Rinse the chicken breast, put in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. Cook in boiling water for 7 minutes. Then take out the meat, let it cool and cut into large cubes. Peel half of the grapefruit, divide into slices, carefully peel them off. Save the resulting grapefruit juice. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop finely. Peel the ginger and cut into strips. It is better to take a medium-sized pepper, preferably even a small one, because if you overdo it with chili, the salad will become unused. Separate the mint and cilantro leaves from the stems. Remove the zest from the lime, divide it in half and squeeze the juice from one half. Chop mint leaves and cilantro finely is not worth it, the very taste will be if you chop them into 2-3 pieces. This is, in principle, the final stage of preparing our Thai salad with chicken. Now we only need to combine chicken pieces, chili peppers, sesame and sunflower oil, soy sauce, grapefruit juice and pulp, ginger, juice and lime zest in a deep, beautiful salad bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally add cilantro and mint leaves and stir again. Arrange salad on plates and serve. Remember, all Asian food is simple, rich and vibrant through spices and dressings. Enjoy your meal!
