How to make Shrimp Mushroom Soup
Fry the mushrooms lightly, put them in a multicooker bowl and cover with water. Put on the "Quenching" program for an hour and a half. Cut the onion and carrots into half rings. Heat oil in a skillet and toss in onions. Fry for three minutes, then add carrots and a pinch of ground paprika. Fry for another 5-6 minutes. You can also toss in a couple of black peppercorns. After another 30 minutes, add the onion and carrot fry. And 10 minutes before cooking - shrimp and a couple of laurel leaves. Salt.
