Here is a simple recipe for making a vegetable stew with veal. My stew was being prepared in a slow cooker, although it could have been on the stove. But with the help of modern technology, it is much more convenient, and it turns out faster. Add spices for the dish at your discretion, the main thing is not to overdo it, because the dish is already quite spicy, thanks to the red pepper. Good luck!

- Zucchini - 2 Pieces

How to cook Vegetable Stew with Veal
We put eggplants, cut into cubes, on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Put chopped veal on top, salt to taste. Now we put the zucchini, cut into cubes. Add randomly chopped tomatoes. Cut Bulgarian pepper and red hot pepper into slices, put in a bowl. Salt and spices to taste. Cooking in the "Stew" mode for 40 minutes.
