How to cook "Pickled flounder"
Cut off the head, fins and tail of the flounder with scissors. We clean out the fish in the middle by removing the black film inside the abdomen. Cut the flounder into 8 identical pieces. We coat each piece with mustard. We marinate for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour flour into a bowl. Dip the fish in flour and place in the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on one side.
