I really love various fish dishes and try to make them as often as possible. For example, last week I made an amazing pike roll at home that my whole family loved. The roll turned out to be very juicy and tender, and we ate it both hot and cold, and came to the conclusion that it can be not only the main course, but also an appetizer. In general, I really liked this recipe for making a pike roll, so I will use it more than once, and I advise you to try to make this wonderful dish.

1) First, we need to clean the fish, rinse it, separate the fillet from the ridge and clean it of bones.

2) Now the peeled fillet must be chopped in any way convenient for you, for example, pass it through a meat grinder or grind in a blender.

3) We transfer the fish mass to a bowl and add to it an egg, bread soaked in milk, spices and salt to taste, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

4) Next, we peel the onions and chop them finely, wash the mushrooms and also cut them into small pieces. Put the onion and mushrooms in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

5) After that, we spread a sheet of foil on the table and put the minced fish on it in an even layer 1 cm high, put mushrooms and onions on the fish and roll everything neatly into a roll. We wrap our roll in foil and put it on a baking sheet, bake the roll at 190 degrees for half an hour.

6) After the time has elapsed, remove the baking sheet, open the foil and sprinkle the roll with grated cheese, send the baking sheet to the oven for a while. As soon as the roll is covered with a ruddy cheese crust, it can be removed from the oven and served.
