Fried potatoes are so delicious! It can be cooked in a wok with a beautiful golden brown crust and, thanks to the shape of this pan and the high cooking temperature, with a minimum amount of fat. Here's how to cook potatoes in a wok.
1. We clean the potatoes, wash them and remove moisture from them. We need potatoes almost dry.
2. We cut the tubers into large slices.
3. Heat the wok with vegetable oil and place half of the potatoes in the wok.
4. As soon as the potatoes are browned, immediately turn them over to the other side. And so on until the potatoes are fried on all sides.
5. Put the finished potatoes on a plate and place the next portion in the wok. We fry in the same way as the first portion. Due to the fact that we cook over high heat, potatoes are fried quickly and do not absorb fat.
6. Finely chop the onion and fry in the oil left over from frying the potatoes.
Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper, mix. Add the fried onion and enjoy the harmful, but so tasty potatoes:)
