How to cook "Drying mushrooms in the oven"

First, we need to clear the mushrooms from dirt, and the main thing here is not to wet the mushrooms. Use a brush for cleaning, if the dirt is heavy, use a damp paper towel. The less moisture gets on the mushrooms, the faster they cook. We cut the peeled mushrooms into thin slices (about 3-4 mm) and put them on a dry baking sheet, it can be covered with baking paper. We put a baking sheet for an hour in an oven preheated to 60-70 degrees. After the time has elapsed, we take out the baking sheet and turn the mushrooms over to the other side, after which we take a paper towel, they need to blot each slice of the mushroom by slightly pressing on it. After that, put the mushrooms in the oven for another hour, cook them at the same temperature. If you cut the mushrooms not very thick, then two hours is enough for the mushrooms to dry, otherwise, the procedure should be repeated until the mushrooms are completely dry. In total, about 1-1.5 kg of dried mushrooms come out of 10 kg of fresh mushrooms, they should be stored in a sealed container in a cool and dark place.
