Main ingredient: Meat / Vegetables / Minced meat
- Minced meat - 500 grams (any)
- Tomatoes - 2 Pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Tomato Paste - 150 Grams
- Salt, spices - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp. spoons
How to cook "Minced meat with peppers and tomatoes"
Put finely chopped onion and garlic in a deep greased frying pan. Fry until golden brown. Add minced meat to onions and garlic, mix well so that there are no lumps. When the juice has evaporated, add tomato paste to the minced meat, mix. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into small cubes. While the minced meat is being prepared, cut the peppers lengthwise, clean, rinse, put in the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees. We take it out of the oven, remove the skin and cut into small cubes. Add tomatoes and peppers to our minced meat, a little water, mix, cover, wait until the mixture boils. Turn off the heat and let it brew for 5-10 minutes to soften the pepper.
